Box 1282 Santa Clarita, CA 91386 Dear Mark, Per the Homeowners Association Directors suggestion, I arranged for The Gas Company to inspect my newly installed gas furnace. I was given an appointment for two weeks later. The Gas Company service man just left. He was so impressed with your installation that I wanted to pass on to you some of his comments while I could still remember them. Here they are: -"It's the best job I've ever seen. Usually there's always something that has to be corrected. -He's a professional. -He caulked the hole. I'm so used to seeing the hole not caulked that I bring some caulking with me and do it myself for free." He also told me some ofthe other things he sees that usually have to be fixed, but not being familiar with furnace installation parts, I don't remember them. But one thing I do remember was how surprised he was to see such a complete, quality installation. Then as he was leaving, he said: "I'm glad to see this. It's a nice change ofpace.
